Book Depot Inc. ("Book Depot," "we," "us" or "our") owns and operates this website (the "Site"). The following Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site. This Site is for informational purposes only. It is not a transactional e-commerce website. Other websites, applications, social media accounts, or other content owned or controlled by Book Depot or its affiliated brands have their own terms of use and should be reviewed separately.

Book Depot Content that is protected by intellectual property laws may not be copied, republished, posted, modified, edited, transmitted, distributed, used to create derivative works, or reverse engineered without our express written permission, except that you may print out one copy of each page on the Site solely for personal, non-commercial use. No right, title, or interest in any Book Depot Content is transferred to you as a result of accessing, downloading, or printing such content from the Site. Other marks, names, and logos on the Site may be the property of their respective owners. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Book Depot.

If you use these links, you will leave the Site. We provide these links to you only as a convenience. BOOK DEPOT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SITE OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BOOK DEPOT OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF BOOK DEPOT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE. IN NO EVENT WILL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF BOOK DEPOT AND ITS AFFILIATES TO ANY PARTY FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS ($100.00 CAD). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Changes to These Terms
Book Depot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the "Effective Date." We will highlight any material changes to these Terms for 30 days after such changes are made. By continuing to use the Site after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
Geographic Limitation
Book Depot operates the Site from its headquarters in Ontario, Canada. The Site is intended for users within the United States and Canada. If you access the Site from outside the United States or Canada, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
YOU AGREE that any and all disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the Site are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY CONSENT AND SUBMIT to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario for any litigation arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site.
General Provisions
1. Entire Agreement. Unless otherwise noted, these Terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Book Depot with respect to the Site and supersede all prior communications and proposals, whether oral, written, or electronic, between you and Book Depot.
2. Severability. If any part of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not impact any other provision of these Terms, all of which will remain in full force and effect.
3. No Waiver. Book Depot's failure to enforce any portion of these Terms is not a waiver of its right to do so later.
4. Survival. The proprietary rights, disclaimer of warranties, limitations of liability, and governing law provisions shall survive the termination of these Terms.
5. Termination. Book Depot reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site, without notice or reason. Book Depot shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination.
6. Language. The parties have expressly requested that these Terms and all related documents be drawn up in English. Les parties aux présentes confirment leur volonté expresse que cette convention soit rédigée en langue anglaise seulement.
